Yahoo Sports named Pacquiao as the Number 1 best Boxer in the World

After the number 2 best boxer Joe Calzaghe announced his retirement, 30 of the worlds known boxing writers participated in choosing for their new Top 10 best boxers in the world for February for Yahoo Sports Boxing Rankings.

The 30 boxing writers have to choose each their own Top 10 boxers out of 23 boxers list. And here is the result.

1. Manny Pacquiao
Gets 30/30 or 300 points or all of the 30 boxing writers voted for Manny Pacquiao as the number 1 best boxer in the world.
Previous Ranking: 1
Last fight: December 6, 2008 against Oscar De la Hoya, Pacquiao wins by TKO/8.
Remarks: Has vastly improved his skills in last 2 years.
